TexasBurgerGuy Relaunch!!!!

Well all of my loyal TexasBurgerGuy readers... I am BAAAAAACCCKKK!!!

As I can tell from many of your e-mails, you are all both concerned about my well being and also hungry for more reviews.

Well, I am making this post to let you all know that I am alive and well and ready to start serving up more burger joint reviews!!!

Many people have asked me what happened that made me stop doing reviews. Well folks, I have thought long and hard about it and the conclusion I reached is I was just sick of eating burgers. It's true! After eating as many burgers as I did after the launch of TBG, I just got tired really quick. I started noticing that the reviews I was writing or preparing to write were pretty negative because I was just sick of burgers.

So I took a sabbatical to get my palette ready for more burgers and I am happy to report that I am READY to rock!!!

Stay tuned to TBG for some new reviews!!!

Howdy! Looking forward to hearing about your travels. I am new here, transplanted from Alabama to San Antonio. I found what I think is a great place.....Bobby J's on Bandera in Helotes. Check it out.

I'm not going to lie to you. When I read your reasons why you have been on a hiatus and I am soooo relieve, I thought you were sick. I am so glad that you are fine. Once my relief hit me and that you're okay, I became quite amused. I mean, YOU, got tired of burgers, lol. I didn't think it could happen, lol. I'm glad you're back and that your palette is renewed.

nice to have you back! I live in Connecticut and in the process of opening up a 'burger joint'. I look to you TBG as the messiah!!
Texas is the place to get freat tasting burgers, but I want to have the best burger in the state of CT. I have tried numerous recipes: wet ingredients, dry ingredients, herbs and everything else under the sun. I have not found the right combination that will knock the eaters socks off yet. Maybe its a cooking method; caol, chips, gas or griddle????
What are your thoughts professional one?
