The Roethlisburger is the invention of Jeff Trebac, owner of Peppi's restaurant in Pittsburgh. It isn't your average burger either. A Roethlisburger is made up of ground beef, sausage, scrambled eggs, grilled onions and American cheese. Sounds yummy!
